It would be amazingly useful implement, in the apartments page, the share button for the most common social networks, the same button that is possible to find in most of the website with articles or blogs.

Most owners allow discount for long atay but not in High Season. It will be great if i can check if aplly for discount for certain seasons and others not.

It would be great if an owner could have different seasons in different properties.
So I'd like to be able to add specific seasons without changing those that are already saved because dates are in common.

The biggest customers (but also medium) use centralized systems to update all the prices and availability of their apartments that are shown in many website (sometime even 40!!!). If we are able to allow this systems to exchange data with Adormo.com platform we can get a big part of the market. More info here:

make the contact form editable by the manager with dinamic field chosen by the manager.

In Dynamics fields page, when I select a category the system starts to charge the categoy. I have to wait the system for each category. Could be better if there was a check box to select the category I want charge in one time.

It may be useful to set on the apartment pictures a coupon on a corner to advertise last apartment added "NEW" or special "OFFERS". In this way client may be more attracted to surf the website

Because I am personally attracted by the new kayak search engine "explore" (www.kayak.it/explore), adormo could get a similar search to find the cheapest or whatever apartment around the world.

It's not possible integrate the code given from Facebook for the Like Button in a free content widget, because this code is or an iframe or xfbml.
What I suggest is to create a widget that include already that code, and the user can edit the widget with the same customizable parameters that facebook gives to you:
